When will I receive my order?
All purchases are shipped within 24 hours of the received payment (unless it is a holiday weekend/post offices as you know are closed) also we will send an email to you that we got your order with your shipping address that one has stated. We would asked that you email us back if the address and zip code are not correct (we say this only because we have been given the wrong zip before, the item still got to our customer but we have decided to double check from now on). Also if it is the weekend (Sunday the post office is closed and on Saturdays the post office here is only open till 1pm) and we receive your order after 1 pm on Saturday, it will not go out till Monday morning. But this info will be in the email we send if ordering on the weekend. We will send delivery confirmation and tracking information to the e-mail address you have on file with eCrater, so please once more make sure your shipping info and email address is correct when ordering. We strive to be as fast as we can when shipping item/s to their destinations. And as always all items big or small are pack with the utmost care.

What payment methods do you accept?
Currently we are only accepting payments through PayPal. In the future we may add other forms of payment.

How is your product shipped?
We ship all our orders through the USPS (priority mail or parcel post). We want you, the customer to get the order as fast as possible. Also please make sure that the zip code and address you give us is correct. If by chance the zip/address is wrong and the package comes back to us. We will resend it but extra postage will apply (so far this has never happen). Most of all our items are weight dependable. So in other words if you order one then one item the price for shipping will not go up by much. Also one should know that the post office has decided to, as of 1/19/16 double their shipping rates...why double? We have no idea and do not feel this is fair..not only to our customers but to us as well. So because of this we have had to raise our shipping prices up a bit. All in all they are still we have to say way cheaper then UPS.

Will my items be insured?
All our items are insured. A small 2.00 fee has been added to the price. We package our products with utmost care so that they ship safely to the buyer. Our collection means a lot to us and it is also important to us that the items are shipped carefully to our buyers.

What is your refund policy?
All items are Sold As Is, sorry we Do Not Offer Refunds. Please be sure the item you purchased is the item you want and please read our full description of said item. If you would like more information on any item/s (additional pictures, etc) then please e-mail us at afshoppe@yahoo.com. We will help in anyway we can and once again package the item with the utmost care.

Our jewelry and collection prices.
The jewelry we offer were all family own pieces. The price for these wonderful gems were determined by jewelry dealers in our area (appraisals), books and online sources. Our other collection pieces were also done through books, internet and some through appraisals. These items also once belong to our family as well. As with all our products, they will be packed and shipped with the utmost care and attention. Any questions, feel free to email us.
